Oregon's star wide receiver and punt returner, Tez Johnson, suffered an apparent injury in the first quarter of the highly anticipated game against Michigan on Saturday.
Before his exit, Johnson showcased his skills with a 21-yard punt return and an 11-yard reception on the Ducks' second offensive play.
After Johnson left the field, Ryan Pellum stepped in to replace him. Following a second Michigan punt, Pellum fumbled, which gave the Wolverines a prime opportunity to score a tying touchdown.
Johnson has been a key player for the Ducks this season, leading the team with 64 receptions. The senior has accumulated 649 receiving yards, scored eight touchdowns through the air, and tallied one touchdown on an impressive 85-yard punt return.
