Additionally, the Farm Partner Command Center, launched in January 2025, is a proprietary digital platform that enables farm partners to schedule processing, manage cut sheets, and access training online.

Tier One Meat Co. maintains rigorous food safety standards, inspected by the Indiana State Board of Animal Health, ensuring unmatched quality and safety in its meat products. The company's retail store in Flora offers a variety of Indiana-raised meats, including hand-cut beef steaks, pork chops, and in-house smoked products.

The company expanded its processing capacity by 150% in January 2024 and increased its staff by 200% in March 2024 following the acquisition of Legacy Meat Co. in May 2023.
