The announcement was made in a video posted by WWE, showing The Rock driving and screeching to a halt in a parking garage. With a simple message, he exclaimed: “NXT. Tomorrow night at The Shrine. See you there.”

After flashing a wide smirk, he drove off into the distance.

This epic addition to NXT's "New Years Evil" special will take place at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. On Tuesday night, Trick Williams will defend his NXT Championship against Oba Femi and Eddy Thorpe in a Triple Threat Match, while "The Beautiful Madness" Guilia will challenge "Prodigy" Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship belt.
