Fishers Event Center Marks Grand Opening Before Hosting Its Inaugural Show

FISHERS — The Fishers Event Center has officially opened its doors, ready to welcome a variety of upcoming events. This state-of-the-art facility boasts a seating capacity of 7,500 and will kick off its inaugural show featuring the Turnpike Troubadours.

The center is set to host an exciting lineup of concerts, including performances by renowned artists such as Blake Shelton and Megan Maroney. In addition to music events, it will also serve as a venue for sporting activities, including games for the Indy Fuel hockey team, the new Indianapolis professional volleyball team Indy Ignite, and local football team Fishers Freight.

“This is an important moment in Fishers history,” said Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness. “The Fishers Event Center will be the epicenter of entertainment and experience in our community, where neighbors, visitors, and friends come together to make lifelong memories. And we look forward to showing the world what we already know: Fishers is the best place to live, work, and play.”

Located on a sprawling 53-acre site that enhances the existing 18-acre lifestyle development known as Fishers District, this venue promises to enrich the local community.
