Joella's Hot Chicken is offering Southern flavor and savings for Derby Week. From April 28 through May 4, customers can use promo code DERBY to receive 25% off Chicken Tender Hot Boxes and Feed the Flock catering orders placed online.

The Louisville-based restaurant is famous for its seven heat levels, ranging from mild to intense. Whether you prefer a little or a lot of heat, Joella's has a spice level to suit every taste. "It's a little bit of heat, nothing too scary, but it's where our flavor profile begins," says Regional Director of Operation Rachel Holst, recommending Ella's Fave.

Joella's offers a variety of southern sides and dipping sauces, allowing guests to enjoy a complete southern meal made just the way they like it. The Feed the Flock catering bundles feature 12 or 24 jumbo tenders, sides, and sauces, with options for two different heat levels per order. For larger gatherings, Chicken Tender Hot Boxes are available in quantities ranging from 25 to 420 tenders.

"Parmesan garlic fries is one of our favorites," says Holst. "We've also got a kale crunch salad. It's a nice refreshing option, especially if you're out and it's getting warmer."
