Grub House Marks 11-Year Milestone
Latoya Williams, owner of The Grub House restaurant, is celebrating 11 years of business on 1953 North College.
The Grub House offers a diverse menu featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The restaurant is known for its vegan options, turkey chops, chicken and waffles, and homemade desserts.
Williams attributes her success to a combination of divine intervention and her extensive background in the food industry. She has worked at various establishments, including Country Kitchen, Culver's, and Chick-fil-A, which she believes prepared her for owning her own restaurant.
The Grub House also operates a food truck, which is available for events and private bookings. "We're looking to increase our food truck bookings as the season progresses," Williams said.
