INDIANAPOLIS — This morning, the state has experienced a significant amount of rain. As a cold front moves through the area later today, the showers will gradually shift from west to east.
TODAY: Expect likely showers as you wake up. The rain is expected to taper off from west to east by late morning, though lingering showers may persist in southeastern Indiana into the early afternoon. Skies will clear to partly cloudy elsewhere. High temperatures will reach the mid to upper 60s, accompanied by wind gusts up to 30 mph.
TONIGHT: Conditions will become mostly clear and cooler compared to recent nights, with lows dipping into the low to mid-40s.
TOMORROW: Veteran’s Day is forecasted to be mostly sunny, with sustained winds from the west at around 10 mph. Highs are expected in the low 60s.
7-DAY FORECAST: Late Monday, expect a reinforcing wave of cooler air for Tuesday. Another cold front will approach late Wednesday into early Thursday, bringing our next chance of rain. Despite these upcoming systems, temperatures this week should remain near or just above average, with dry weather anticipated as we head into next weekend.
