A 53-year-old suspect, Tony J. Bledsoe, has been charged with the murder of a man missing from Hamilton County since 1992, authorities announced Tuesday afternoon.
Tony J. Bledsoe, then 24 years old, was reported missing by his wife on March 16, 1992, from Arcadia. His remains were found April 3, 1992, at a dump on Putnam County Road 900 West just south of U.S. 40.
The body was discovered without its head, hands, and feet. DNA evidence helped investigators identify the body.
