Woman Missing in Warsaw, Indiana Undergoes Silver Alert Investigation
A Silver Alert was issued in Warsaw, Indiana on Thursday night after a 24-year-old woman went missing on Tuesday. Alicia Marshall, 4 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen at 2 p.m. wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt with "Hurley" on the front, black leggings, white Nike Air Force One shoes, and a pink backpack.
The Warsaw Police Department is actively investigating her disappearance, which prompted the Silver Alert. The circumstances surrounding Marshall's disappearance indicate that she may be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
"The Silver Alert system is typically used to notify the public about missing persons who are believed to be in danger," said authorities. "It's similar to the Amber Alert system used for children." The Warsaw Police Department is urging anyone with information on Marshall's whereabouts to contact them at 574-372-9511 or call 911.
