Save A Lot Reopens Stores in Marion County

Save A Lot is celebrating its return to Marion County with the grand reopening of three grocery stores. The company will mark this milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grocery giveaways.

The reopened stores are located at 3739 E. Washington St., 2930 E. 38th St. in Indianapolis, and 8101 Pendleton Pike in Lawrence. To commemorate the occasion, Save A Lot is offering special deals on select items, including $4.99 per pound on T-bone steaks and $1.99 per pound on pork spareribs.

The first 100 customers at each store will receive a free bag of prepackaged groceries. The grand reopening event will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8 a.m. Wednesday at the East 38th Street grocery, located in The Shops at Avondale Meadows between North Keystone Avenue and North Sherman Drive.

As part of its community outreach efforts, Save A Lot has announced a donation of $1,500 to the Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana.
