Cooking Crowned: Indiana Chef Wins 2025 World Food Championship
Indiana chef Collin Hilton has taken home the top prize at the 2025 World Food Championships, the world's largest food sport competition. The reigning Noodle Champion outshone 12 other chefs from around the globe to claim the title.
Hilton's culinary journey began with a second-place finish in the first challenge, "Retail Gourmet." He then surged ahead to take the top spot in the "Taste and Recreate" challenge. Ultimately, it was his storytelling, creativity, and technique that earned him the highest score - 93.75 - in the final challenge, "My Culinary Journey."
"His culinary storytelling, creativity, and technique earned him the highest score during the weekend's final round with a 93.75 in the 'My Culinary Journey' challenge," said the World Food Championships.
In addition to the title of 2025 World Food Champion, Hilton took home the winning prize of $150,000.
