I-69 and Binford Boulevard Interchange to Undergo Nightly Ramp Closures

As the Indiana Department of Transportation works towards completing the I-69 and I-465 interchange reconstruction on the northeast side of Indianapolis by 2026, drivers can expect more ramp closures in the coming weeks. The latest round of closures will affect the southbound I-69 ramp to southbound Binford Boulevard.

Nightly from 9 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to 6 a.m. the next day, this ramp will be closed. Additionally, from 9 p.m. Monday to Tuesday (August 6-7), both the southbound I-69 ramp to southbound Binford Boulevard and the northbound entrance to I-69 from Binford Boulevard will be shut down.

On August 8, only the northbound entrance to I-69 from Binford Boulevard will be closed. Weather conditions may impact these planned closures.

The $471 million Clear Path 465 project has been ongoing since 2023 and received a $70 million boost from the federal government.
