Rocky Road Cookie Joins Girl Scout Lineup

Girl Scouts of the USA is introducing a new cookie to its lineup for the upcoming season: "Exploremores," a Rocky Road-inspired treat. The new chocolate cookie features a creamy filling with notes of chocolate, marshmallow, and toasted almond-flavored crème.

"The Exploremores reflects the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout."

The new cookie will be sold both online and in-person at booths by local troops. The addition of Exploremores follows the revamping of the cookie lineup earlier this year, which saw the discontinuation of the "S'mores" and "Toast-Yay!" cookies.

Prices for Girl Scout cookies vary depending on the council and have risen in recent years. While some chapters have increased prices to $7 per box, others have kept them steady. However, all proceeds stay local to help power amazing experiences for Girl Scouts in your community.

"In some instances, councils are faced with the tough decision to raise prices, though prices have remained steady in many areas for a number of years," said a Girl Scouts of USA spokesperson.
