Colts QB Anthony Richardson Set to Practice at Training Camp on Saturday
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. is expected to return to practice at training camp on Saturday, just two days after dislocating his right pinky finger in the team's preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Richardson injured the finger during a sack in the first quarter of the 24-16 loss, but was optimistic about his recovery. "I don't think it's anything too bad," he said after the game Thursday. "It's (finger) sore, being dislocated, but it's all right though."
Richardson is currently in a battle with Daniel Jones to become the starting quarterback for the Colts this season.
In his first two years in the NFL, Richardson has missed 17 regular season games after being picked by the Colts fourth overall in the 2023 NFL Draft.
