Indiana Pacers Announce 2025-26 Regular Season Schedule
The Indiana Pacers have officially released their regular season schedule for the 2025-26 season, with several notable matchups on tap.
The season kicks off on Thursday, October 23, when the Pacers host the Oklahoma City Thunder in a rematch of the 2025 NBA Finals.
"It'll be a great way to start the season," said an anonymous Pacers source. "We're excited to get back out there and compete."
Other notable games include:
- A showdown with the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, October 31, marking the first game of the NBA Cup.
- A matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, November 3, which will be Myles Turner's first game as a Buck against his former team.
- A trip to Cleveland to face the Cavaliers on Friday, November 21, marking the start of a new series between the two teams. The Pacers ended the Cavs' season in the Eastern Conference Semifinals last year, winning the series in five games.
- A game against the New York Knicks on Thursday, December 18, which will be the first meeting of the season between these two teams. The Pacers have beaten the Knicks in the playoffs in each of the past two seasons.
- A home finale against the Detroit Pistons on Sunday, April 12.
The Pacers are looking to build on their success from last year, when they made it to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2000. However, they will be without star guard Tyrese Haliburton for the entire season due to a torn Achilles.
