Nice Weekend Ahead
A nice weekend is ahead, despite the potential for hazy or milky skies due to Canadian wildfire smoke.
"A partly cloudy day today with air quality alerts in place for northern Indiana," said a forecast. "Wildfire smoke will mainly be elevated in central Indiana. High temperatures are expected to reach the upper 70s."
Tonight, expect mostly clear and cooler than average weather, with low temperatures dipping into the upper 50s.
Tomorrow, skies are expected to remain partly cloudy, but with some hints of wildfire smoke still lingering in the air. High temperatures will top out in the low 80s.
Ahead for the rest of the week: dew points returning to the uncomfortable category (60s) starting Monday, along with daily pop-up PM rain chances. These random showers won't deliver consistent rain day by day, but central Indiana can expect highs in the 80s throughout the week.
