Sweet Treats Coming to Nora Plaza: MilkShake Factory Opens Its Doors

Sweet treats are coming to Nora Plaza! MilkShake Factory is set to open its doors, marking the first of at least two Indiana locations for this milkshake and chocolate maker.

The grand opening celebration will take place from noon-4 p.m. on July 12 at the Nora Plaza shopping center, formerly home to Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh. The event will feature music, giveaways, and a special offer: buy-one-get-one-free on all shakes, sundaes, and "molten cups" topped with melted milk chocolate.

Franchise partners Kindall Palmer and Alex Chandler said in a news release that they plan to open several MilkShake Factory locations in Indianapolis. In fact, a future location is planned for the Avon Commons shopping center in Hendricks County.

With roots dating back to 1914 when it first began in Pittsburgh, MilkShake Factory is sure to bring a sweet surprise to the Nora Plaza community.
